QOTD #00109: “If aliens invaded Earth, what movie monster would you choose to defend mankind?”

“So if aliens invaded Earth , the movie monster that I would choose to save mankind would be the bear from Cocaine Bear because, um, in the real story, the bear died after a few minutes. But for those few minutes that he was alive, he was considered the most dangerous animal on Earth. So I think he'd be a pretty good asset.”

“If aliens invaded Earth, I'd probably bring Godzilla only because he has a track record. I, I think he's I think if there was an exterminator of hostile aliens in the monster movies, it would be Godzilla. He comes in, he cleans up shop and he leaves and everyone just loves him for it. Besides the New Godzilla movies, but, uh I think he's good. I think, I think the destruction is worth the payoff.”

“If aliens invaded Earth, what movie monster would you choose to defend mankind? Movie monster? Okay. I'm definitely going with Predator, the dude with the dreads 100%. An alien with dreadlocks, come on now. Like that's insane. And he has all these little gadgets. That's like A Batman, but the alien version 100%.”

“When I first wrote this question, I was like... But I kept thinking of aliens; I thought of Monsters, Inc. but perhaps I would bring Bowser from Super Mario World Universe. I mean, he was able to keep Peach away from Mario for like Hundreds of levels. I don't think I've ever finished a Super Mario game, so maybe that's what we need: We need Bowser to hide all of humanity and the aliens won't be able to defeat the levels to come get us.”

“Edward Cullen. That's it. Just him.”

“The movie monster I would want to save us from the aliens is Ginormica. And if you don't know who that is, that is the giant caterpillar from Monsters versus Aliens, and I think he eventually turns into a butterfly, and I don't know. I don't know if he even qualifies as a movie monster, but he's he's a monster in the movie Monsters versus Aliens. So I'm counting him even though he's one of the good guys, I think he counts as a monster. So Ginormica, you're our only hope.”

“If aliens invaded Earth I kind of think the best chance we would have is for more aliens to want us too. And then they could fight to the death over us. And, you know, we could just sort of like stand by and watch and you know, pray nothing falls on us.”

“I would say Godzilla for sure. He's big enough and bad enough to knock all of them down if not at the same damn time. So definitely for sure Godzilla for the win.”

“If aliens invaded Earth I think I would want dragons to defend mankind. And I may be biased since I love Dungeons and Dragons, but I just feel like they're such versatile creatures. That would also be pretty scary to aliens, depending on what the aliens look like, Um so I think we would do pretty well with that.”

“If aliens invaded Earth, I think at that point there's no reason to even be alive. [laughs] Like they might just disintegrate us already. I don't know what monster could defeat them. I have no clue.”

“I'm sure everyone's like Godzilla. King Kong, you know, like in those are cool but I'm going to go one better. Cthulhu. Nothing can stand up to Cthulhu. H.P. Lovecraft, he has got it in the bag. That's all, That's all I need to say. Mic drop. Cthulhu owns all any aliens, any of us. He wants your brains; he will be in your dreams. He will come and get you and you won't survive.”

“Hmm. Okay, I've got it! Mewtwo, I choose you! I don't need to, I think Mewtwo would have a pretty good chance. I think. like it's got some pretty wicked skills and powers so I reckon, you know, in a battle like that? Yeah, he could save mankind. Let's hope.”
