The bad habit of picking fingernails runs in the family.
“I pick my nails. I think every, so many people out there pick their nails. It runs in my family. My mom chews them down to the nub. I chew them down to the nub, and my kids - also I have noticed - chew them down to the nubs. So yeah, it's genetics. It falls in the family, and I have just not been able to shake it. So, to this day, still pick my fingernails.”
