“Well , like most things , it's it's about starting with right ingredients and then treating them with respect . So you just gotta have fresh beans . And you gotta like , freeze them . If you're going to keep them from more than a little while , grind them fresh . If you can . I know it's a big pain . But you know , it does make a difference . And then as soon as you grind them , they go right into something like a French press and just let them just like Hot water for four minutes . And like all this takes time , right , But you love coffee , you know ?”
