“What bucket list item will I complete this year? Man . I've already knocked off a bunch of my list this year , and I feel pretty accomplished . But this upcoming year , I would say definitely , if if the housing gods are kind to me , I will try to get a house this year like there's there's no guarantee like there's a good chance that I still may be renting . But if like the mortgage rate industry gods are shining down upon me , I'll get lucky and I'll find something .”
