As long as the animal isn't disturbing anybody

“I think the Department of Transportation should really allow any animal that you would consider a pet or a pet that you own - or an animal that you own, I'm sorry - and I think that you should do whatever you would like. I mean, what's the difference? As long as the animal is not disturbing anybody on the plane - That's a totally different story. But whatever you own is what you own. You should be able to take that wherever you go.”
