Don't buy cheap shampoo!
“This might or might not seem relevant, but I mean it from the bottom of my heart. Do not buy cheap shampoo. I had bought from the dollar store a couple of times when times were rough, and that stuff was like oil in my hair, and I swear the hair was starting to fall out. So, once I got back to some normal name brand stuff and was able to use that every day, it leveled out. But don't cut corners when it comes to shampoo. That's the best trick I can give you for maintaining good hair maintenance.”
