“Something that I do for good luck is I verbalize everything on my checklist before I go out somewhere, so I make sure that I say everything that I put into my bag and I basically just do a verbal rundown of what I'm going to be doing, like who I'm meeting, what I'm leaving the house for, and when I need to come back. So, it just puts my mind at ease so that when I'm telling myself what I need to do I'm not running around freaking out about what I have to do.”
