QOTD #00032: “If you could party for a weekend in any decade, what year is it and where are you?”

“Um, I would party in the '80s in Hollywood, California. It just seemed like a great time there, and all the actresses and actors during that time were super cool people.”

“I would totally pull a Marty McFly, go back to the 1950s or '60s, introduce some music that's not gonna come out for decades, and then sock-hop my way through the whole night.”

“I would be going straight to the '60s, you know - Woodstock and just the whole hippie scene seems like a whole lot of fun, so I would love to hang out with those folks.”

“I would be in the 1970s, Studio 54, New York City, dancing to some disco, having a - probably one of the best weekends of my life.”

“I would love to have attended a really awesome rave, party, whatever, in the '60s or '70s in San Francisco, California.”

“So, I would have to say the decade I would be in, from '75 to '85 - right in there. Now, I was born in '83, but when Earth, Wind & Fire was really big, and the sound for 'Let's Groove Tonight' - I would have to be at one of their concerts jamming out and having a good time because yes, that's the way to be.”

“Um, if I could party for a weekend in any, um, decade, it will be the '80s, probably because of the atmosphere. And just the music style in general. You know, before, like, the massive technology took over. And stuff like that. I feel like the '80s is the best, you know, just personal opinion.”

Um, I would wanna see them and see how they are during that, like, time of year - or not time of year - that age, like, the '70s. I want to see how they party and stuff. I would definitely be with them in the '70s just seeing how they are. So yep.”

“If I could spend the weekend partying in another decade, it would be in the '90s - I would say 1993-ish, and I would definitely be on the West Coast. Like, can you even imagine? - just being, like, on the West Coast with Snoop, with Tupac, with whoever, doing whatever, and I guess probably at that time, whoever. I don't know. To me, that would be just the time of your life. You've got the East Coast versus the West Coast situation and, um, why not live a little and be there?”
