So I have never snooped through someone's phone, um, but I think it's justified if you have serious reason to believe that they've done something wrong. If you think that maybe you're in a relationship and you've been given strong enough evidence to think that they have cheated or they're doing you wrong in some way, then it is justified. But I don't believe that it is justified if you just kind of feel like it - um, resist the urge.
