“Well, I believe that I'm not in the position to say anything about that substance or drug because I am not sure what it is. But if ever that it came to a point where a doctor prescribe- prescribes it, I think that it should need a further evaluation and assessment to ensure that a prescription to that patient is good and that it will be beneficial.”
