Who do you still owe an apology to, and why do you refuse to give it?

This is a fairly easy one who I wanna apologize to. Probably mostly everybody in my life, but I refuse to give it probably for the same reason that I owe it to them: just bad decision making. If I was the kind of person to give the apology, I probably wouldn't owe it in the first place.
