“The best piece of advice I ever heard that I would love to share with everyone is from famous Australian rugby league coach, a wise old man. Everyone is your mirror
“No one is your enemy. No one is your friend. Everyone is your mirror. It means that everything that happens around you is a reflection of yourself. And if you are experiencing the same problems, whether it's in relationship, career, whatever, over and over again, it's because there's something in yourself that needs to be addressed.”

Keep pushing and find your purpose in life
“The best piece of advice I've ever received was to keep pushing, find my purpose in life. Whether that's in my workplace in the gym with my friends, if you have a purpose in life that will always give you something to chase. Don't worry about what you can't control.
“I think the best piece of advice I've been given over the years that I would like to share is probably to not worry about what you can't control, whether it be how other people feel or what other people do. It's all about us
undefined
“What's the best piece of advice that I've received that I'd like to share with the world? Don't take things personally, that is for sure. When people say something to you, don't take it personally. Don't react too much. Don't overreact. Don't freak out. Don't overthink what they're saying. A lot of times when people say things it's based on their own situation; it's not even based on you. And even if it is, who cares? So don't react too much to what people say. Don't put too much weight into it because it's not that important, really, at the end of the day.”

Great advice from Grandma!
“You know the piece of advice I'd like to give to the world is something my grandmother left with me, Gertrude, wise old bird as she was. She said to me, "Baby, some people just can't see for looking." Now, if I have to explain that one to you, then you're one of them, okay? Figure it out.”

Don't apologize for taking space in people's lives
“I was told a long time ago that I don't need to apologize for taking space in people's lives, and I really wish I believed it and listen to it so long ago, But I think it's important that people know that like you're allowed to lay boundaries and you're allowed to tell people like Hey, Please don't say that to me. It upsets me like and if they get upset about it, that's their problem. Not yours.”
