Saying 'yes' to overworking.
“Um, I think the biggest challenge facing my generation, and I'm guilty of it too, is saying 'yes' to too many things, uh, spreading ourselves super thin, because we live in such an active lifestyle that tells us to say 'yes' to every opportunity that comes our way and not pass things up because you don't know what that opportunity could lead to, then leads to us spreading ourselves really, really thin, uh, and not leaving time for, you know, outside things of relaxation and taking care of yourself and relationships and things like that. Um, so, kinda, I would say overworking is definitely a problem that my generation faces.”
