"Outlanders had better have a damn good reason for coming here..." In a remote Nebraska town, a cult of children led by Isaac Chroner (John Franklin) and Malachai Boardman (Courtney Gains) have massacred all the adults under the command of "He Who Walks Behind the Rows". But when a couple (Peter Horton and Linda Hamilton) breaks down on the outskirts of town, they soon find themselves fighting for their lives against the murderous cult.
