It's a hard-knock life! In this beloved Broadway musical adaptation, young orphan Annie, played by Alicia Morton, lives in a dreary New York City orphanage run by the cruel Miss Hannigan, played by Kathy Bates. Annie's fortunes change when billionaire Oliver "Daddy" Warbucks, portrayed by Victor Garber, invites her to spend Christmas at his mansion. As Annie charms everyone around her, including Warbucks' assistant Grace Farrell (Audra McDonald), she remains hopeful of finding her real parents while evading the schemes of Miss Hannigan, her brother Rooster (Alan Cumming), and his girlfriend Lily St. Regis (Kristin Chenoweth).
