Boxed chocolate cake and homemade icing would take Bobby down.
“I have no doubt that I would take Bobby Flay down in a chocolate cake with vanilla frosting throw down. It sounds incredibly simple, but my secret is that the family recipe is only for the frosting. You use the box Devil's food chocolate cake, and then you focus all of your efforts on a vanilla frosting that uses so much powdered sugar it should be illegal.”

Pumpkin soup to Beat Bobby Flay
“You know, I'm not much of a chef myself, but my mom makes some great meals and she makes this pumpkin soup that she came up with the recipe for. So if I could copy that relatively simple recipe, I feel like I might at least have somewhat of a chance.”

Would throw in the towel
“Okay, what family recipe would I win with? Okay. I would just actually throw my hands up and say, uh, yeah, I give up. I can't do this, um, my mother was a horrible cook, and I've never really tried cooking. Yeah, she used to make the absolutely worst lemon chicken and it tasted like baked fish. So, uh, I'm just determined it's not my genes.”

Pressure can meat for the win.
“Okay, because I'm going for the win and I come from a long line of pretty bad cooks, I would go for the one thing that we can do really well, and that is pressure can meat. Yes, I will wow the judges with the fact that this meat was cooked 6 to 9 months ago, hasn't been refrigerated or frozen, but it's still edible. I'm pulling the hippie card. Hope it would make, give me the win. Hey !”

Cheese noodles are "divine in a bowl."
“So we only have one family recipe in our very small family and that is cheese noodles. What it is is small shell noodles, bacon and cottage cheese, and it's served warm. You might think it's served cold, you might think it's like a pasta salad. But no, it's served warm and salted. And it is divine. It's so terribly unhealthy for you, but it is divine in a bowl. Originally, as a little history lesson, it was served with spinach or peas. We don't add those, though. But cheese noodles.”
