Description: There's a movie Manos: The Hands of Fate, which made it onto Mystery Science Theater, so maybe it makes it sort of an easy picking obvious choice but still wonderfully terrible, amazingly terrible. And, the only movie I'm aware of that has a character that has massively inflated kneecaps for no reason at all, from what I can tell.
