QOTD: “Fate or Free Will: Explain why you control your destiny - or not!”

Girlboss

Don't worry too hard. Destiny might be to blame

“You definitely do not control your destiny. I mean, you can do as much as you can, like studying as much as you want for that test or like adding as much as you want to your resume, but at the end of the day, bigger factors are always going to change things. Like, you might wake up sick and miss the test, and that will ruin your future, or maybe someone else has a connection to the boss because he's related to them. So, as good as your resume is, none of it matters, and, like - but that's not to say at the end of the day you shouldn't be doing as much as you can to succeed in life. That's what life is made up of. But you do always have to remember that life is controlled by so many different factors, and you can't blame yourself for not everything working out.”
