“I've worked in the service industry before. My workplace story was I had this really impatient, um, customer who was being rude, and I was making a sandwich and he was just asking for a lot of toppings, and there was a huge line, and he was just being rude and just condescending and arrogant. And I just didn't like how he was treating me, and it was something I won't forget. Um, it was a bad memory of a bad customer, so, just very rude, and I didn't like that one bit.”
