What is your pet’s name, and how did you come up with it?

So, I have two cats, and I only named one of them. Their name is Noir. And for those who don't know, it's a French word for black. Um, it originally came from an anime called Kenichi: The Mightiest Disciple. Then I had five cats when I was younger; they were all named Noir. Noir the Second, Noir the Third, Noir the Fifth, Noir Noir. And now, about 10 years later, we got a new black cat. And of course, I had to name her Noir because she has the same little adventurous face that all the Noirs before came with.
