Social media creates a false sense of security

“Overall, I really think that social media is more so of a burden. Um, just because it's you know, people putting their highlight reels the best or most glamorous aspects of their life. That's not what it typically looks like daily, um or habitually, but yeah, it just creates a false sense of, you know, security, just in the sense that you see everybody's post, you're like their life is probably so great when in reality, that's not how it typically is.”
