Started out as a benefit, has become a burden

“I would say that social media has started out really, the idea of building community and connecting folks. I think we know.. know now though that it's really more of a burden. And if you look at the mental health implications and you look at the younger generation of children it's really had a negative impact. So I think it's started out as sort of a way to help connect people but has turned into ..[a burden]”
